Mastercard Luxembourg seeks a Director, Account Management to lead and grow the financial institutions client base. You will own strategic relationships with banks, merchants, fintechs and other partners, guiding end-to-end delivery of Mastercard's value proposition across products and marketing.
You will shape account strategy, negotiate deals, manage P&L, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet country targets.
