ECOVIS ACTA Consult seeks a Legal Counsel for the Leuven office to advise local and international clients on corporate and association law, from incorporation to liquidation, coordinating the entire legal process with the responsible partner.
You will interact with notaries, auditors and government authorities, prepare minutes and official publications, and ensure compliance with legal obligations such as UBO registration. Fluency in English is preferred.
