Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to help speed up integrations.

You will work closely with both customers and our product team to implement and scale our platform. This role sits at the intersection of backend development, integration, and customer delivery. If you like solving practical problems with code and systems thinking, and seeing your work have a direct impact, we’d love to meet you.

We help large energy users cut energy costs and carbon emissions by steering their energy use in sync with market prices and renewable generation. The value is clear, and demand is growing. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to help speed up integrations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead onboarding for new industrial customers
• Build and deploy integrations between energy systems, assets and our cloud platform
• Collaborate with engineers on core architecture and tooling
• Work with customers to understand constraints and translate them into actionable setups
• Troubleshoot and solve edge‑case issues in real‑world environments
• Help standardise and scale how we deliver high-quality, repeatable integrations

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or systems integration work
• Curiosity in working with the latest AI tools and a strong drive for automation
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset, especially with real‑world systems
• Comfortable working hands‑on with our customers’ engineering teams
• A practical communicator: you explain technical topics clearly, both internally and externally
• Curious and proactive: you ask the right questions, and figure things out
• Energy market experience is a bonus
