Silversea seeks an experienced culinary leader to oversee daily food preparation, menu planning, and station execution in their assigned outlet aboard our luxury fleet. You will ensure recipes and portions are precise and presentations immaculate, while maintaining top guest service.

You will manage, schedule, and train a team of Chef de Parties and Cooks, coordinate dietary requirements, and actively monitor guest satisfaction.
