The Process Engineer will mainly be responsible for:

development of concept studies, basic and detail design packages; prepare/check PFD and P&ID drawings;
preparing process & control narratives and scope of work documents;
develop heat and material balances/consumption lists, fluid list and line list;
equipment sizing and specification / datasheets (pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, tanks, instrumentation);
perform hydraulic calculations;
process simulation knowledge (Hysys, Aspen, Pro/II) is an advantage;
evaluation of the overpressure protection of the new and existing equipment; relief valve calculations;
prepare technical specifications/tendering files and bid analysis;
provide input to the cost and schedule estimates;
coordinate with various disciplines for supplying the necessary information.

Process / Chemical engineer with minimum 2 years of experience in Oil and Gas / Chemical / Petrochemical / Pharma.
Can work independently to achieve the project requirements, especially related to.
Is a dynamic and flexible person, committed to the project and company goals and open to continuous learning.
You have a good understanding of project phases (e.g. basic, detail, construction).

Batchelor degree from a technical university is a must (chemical/process, bio, industrial, pharma). M.Sc./Ph.D. is nice to have but not a must.
You have good knowledge of English; Dutch, French, German are an advantage.
