Your mission: what can you expect from this role?

You will be a part of our Security, Product & Technology team, focusing on product management, presales, security and technical design activities. As a security presales architect, you will act as a technical advisor to our sales team and clients, providing pre-sales technical expertise. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery and positioning of security services that protect organizations from evolving cyber threats.

The presales activities will focus on the following services:

  • Managed Detection & Response (MDR) combines with Extended Detection & Response (XDR)
  • Penetration Testing
  • Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS)

Your expertise will directly influence the experience of our valued clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Presales support: Engage with prospective clients to understand their security challenges, architecture, and goals. Deliver tailored presentations & demos to showcase the benefits of our security services.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Design and architect security services based on client requirements and industry best practices. Propose scalable, robust, and secure architectures to address customer needs.
  • Technical expertise: provide subject matter expertise in security technologies, including but not limited to network security, EDR, identity & access management (IAM), SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), Extended Detection & Response (EDR), cloud security, and threat intelligence.
  • Sales enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver technical documentation that supports the sales process. Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Client engagement: Participate in client meetings, workshops, and executive briefings to help articulate the value of security services and their alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration with the corresponding Product Owners when working on proposals, RFP's or complex bids.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on emerging security trends, technologies, and industry standards to ensure that the organization remains competitive and offers innovative solutions.
