TekniPlex Belgium is seeking a Validation & Manufacturing Engineer for Healthcare. You will own validation activities from project start to release, developing master plans, protocols and validation dossiers.
You will coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ for equipment and production processes and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable manufacturing. The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma, problem solving, and hands-on understanding of GMP/Medical Device regulations.
