Job Description

The purpose of this assignment is to provide operationalsupport for the administration of master data within LIMS LabWare Version 7.

This is not a development or implementation role. The focusis on the administration and configuration of the data required for the properfunctioning of the system.

The contingent worker must already be operational inLabWare. Training will only be provided on internal processes and the way thesystem is used within the organisation. No technical training on LabWare will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administerand maintain master data within LabWare Version 7
  • Configureanalytical methods
  • Configurespecifications
  • Manageand maintain LabWare formats and templates
  • Ensuredata configurations align with business processes and procedures
  • Interactwith end users to understand business needs
  • Ensuredata quality, consistency, and compliance

Typical Day

  • Configuringmethods, specifications, and sampling plans
  • Reviewingand addressing user requests
  • Interactingwith laboratory and business users
  • Verifyingthe accuracy and consistency of configured data
  • Managingand prioritizing system-related requests

Requirements

Ideally a Medior LIMS System Administrator, althoughsenior profiles may also be considered if aligned with the budget.

Must-Have

  • Hands-onexperience with LIMS LabWare
  • Strongknowledge of LabWare Version 7 or a very similar version
  • Experiencein master data administration and configuration
  • Experiencewith LabWare formats and templates
  • Understandingof analytical methods
  • Understandingof specifications and sampling plans
  • Abilityto understand business processes and procedures
  • Abilityto work autonomously with minimal onboarding
  • Experienceinteracting with end users

Nice-to-Have

  • Experiencewithin a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
  • Laboratoryoperations knowledge
  • PreviousUCB experience
  • FluentFrench, due to interactions with French-speaking users

Languages

  • ExcellentEnglish-only candidates may be considered, but French-speaking candidateswill have an advantage when skills are otherwise comparable.
