About
The Position
As a Business/Functional Analyst, you will work within the AnalySD team to support the digital ecosystem of SNCB/NMBS. Your role involves gathering requirements, conducting feasibility analysis, and ensuring solutions deliver value.
The Company
YPTP is the IT partner of SNCB/NMBS, focusing on enhancing digital ecosystems for Marketing & Sales. Our mission is to improve customer experiences across all commercial channels. We aim to lead the digital transformation of Belgian railways.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business needs, processes, and objectives.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Support test planning, UAT execution, and defect resolution.
- Safeguard solution architecture and coordinate with architects.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Present functional designs, test scenarios, and documentation to stakeholders.
