Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Manager M&A Transaction Services in Wallonia to lead due diligence engagements and shape the financial narrative for family-owned clients, collaborating with client management and advisors to deliver value.
You will oversee valuation, deal structuring, and financing, build and mentor a team, and expand relationships across the Deloitte network. Fluency in English and French is required; Dutch is a plus.
