Wise Europe is seeking a Head of FinCrime / AMLCO (MLRO) to join its 2LOD Compliance team in Brussels. You will lead the Financial Crime Oversight function and work with Wise Europe’s leadership to mitigate financial crime risks.
The role requires deep AML/CTF expertise, hands-on process design, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to regulators and internal partners. A hybrid work setup is offered, with travel to other Wise offices as needed.
