Lever, Inc. is seeking a Head of B2C Growth based in Belgium to own the full B2C growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV.
You will drive multichannel strategies across search, paid social, email, push, and app, with a focus on making the mobile app the primary user channel. This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, experimentation, and collaboration with Product and Marketing.
