Our client is a leading international insurance company with a strong presence in the Belgian market. Through innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence, the organization continuously invests in transforming and growing their Business Units. To support the successful execution of its strategic ambitions, our client is currently looking for a Strategic Change Analyst to join its Brussels-based office.
Jobomschrijving
- Support the definition, structuring and monitoring of the Business Unit strategic roadmap
- Translate strategic priorities into compelling communication materials, executive presentations and impactful storytelling
- Prepare presentations, reports and strategic updates for senior management and executive committees
- Conduct business and strategic analyses to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Perform ad hoc studies related to profitability, operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness and innovation
- Develop recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights
- Contribute to the optimization and simplification of internal processes across the business unit
- Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives, transformation projects and change management activities
- Support the annual budgeting process and oversee the monitoring of business unit operating expenses
- Prepare financial analyses, budget forecasts and management reporting
- Collaborate closely with Finance teams on cost allocation, financial planning and performance monitoring
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Finance to ensure alignment on financial objectives and priorities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within budgeting, reporting and governance processes
