bpost is seeking an ICT Process Analyst in Brussels to analyze, map and optimize business processes. You will define start/end points, map RACI roles, monitor KPIs, and support process owners with improvement opportunities and testing ICT tools.
Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3+ years' experience, strong process and data knowledge, IT and office software proficiency, and familiarity with ITIL/PRINCE II. The role offers competitive pay and flexible benefits.
