As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to a variety of strategic and operational initiatives, collaborating with public sector leaders, IT teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful change for citizens, organisations and society

As a Senior Consultant, your primary responsibility is to contribute to the delivery of digital transformation projects within the public sector.

You have:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business analysis, IT, data, BI, architecture, service delivery, procurement or IT project management.
• Experience in or for the public sector is highly valued.
• Proactive mindset and strong motivation to contribute to the growth of EY’s Digital Government practice.
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context.
• Strong communicator capable of explaining complex topics in an accessible way while also engaging with technical experts.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and presentations.
• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written. French and/or English are considered an asset.
