What will your responsibilities be?

• Reputation Management & Guest Relations

Respond to guest reviews with professionalism and empathy, and create detailed guest profiles to help us improve our service. Follow up on special requests to ensure a unique and memorable experience for every guest.

• Database Management

Maintain and enrich our guest database by completing existing profiles. Your accuracy and attention to detail will help us better understand our guests and personalise our services.

• Website Management

Keep our website up to date with fresh and relevant content. Make sure our online presence reflects the quality and excellence of our hotel.

• Sales Support

Contribute to the success of our Sales team by monitoring the loyalty programme, creating attractive sales materials and providing valuable administrative support.

• Communication Campaign Reporting and Analysis

Analyse the performance of our online campaigns and prepare detailed reports. Your ability to interpret data will be essential in adjusting our strategies and maximising our impact.

• Social Media Management

Become the voice of our hotel on social media. Engage our online community by creating compelling content and managing our presence across various platforms and brands.

• Active Follow-up of Offers

Ensure that all offers are finalised and promote additional sales whenever possible. Your proactive approach will contribute directly to our growth and success.

What does your ideal profile look like?

• You are studying Marketing or Communication and have an internship agreement for a minimum of six months, starting in Sept 2026.
• You are fluent in both English and French and can communicate confidently with our international guests. Dutch or any additional language is a plus
• You are communicative and customer-service-oriented, and you enjoy helping people.
• You are full of energy, enjoy working as part of a team and always keep a smile on your face.
• You have excellent writing skills, whether you are drafting emails, social media posts or other content.
• You are able to take initiative and work independently.
• You are highly proficient in IT tools and software, including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and email platforms.
• You have a proven ability to analyse basic information from databases and prepare accurate reports.
• You can manage several tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
