After your internal training, you function as the right hand of the production manager. In his absence, you take over the leadership of the production team (6 people). You store the goods in the correct place in the warehouse. You weigh various raw materials accurately. You assist the production manager in creating the schedule. You work together with the operators and step in where needed: you set up the machines, ensure that the labels on the bottles are attached at the correct height, and monitor the overall quality of the finished products. You ensure the general order and cleanliness in the production hall.
Depending on your experience, your salary will be between € 17 and € 19 per hour.
You work in a day regime and receive 6 additional ADV days on top of your 20 statutory vacation days.
A very varied job with ample responsibility in a dynamic young company. This is the ideal job for people who like to have the necessary variety between office work (20%) and rolling up their sleeves themselves (80%). In addition, you can count on good working conditions in line with your experience and potential.
You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French, so you can communicate smoothly with each team member. You already have practical experience as an operator or warehouse worker in a production environment. You like to take responsibility and enjoy providing support to your direct supervisor. You can work with a computer. You have strong organizational insight and know how to set priorities. You have a role model function, so we expect you to be punctual, involved, and communicative.
