Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Support Engineer to join their specialized service desk. This role focuses on resolving incidents and managing technical changes within security, privacy, and identity access management domains.
- Resolve incidents, information requests, and service requests within security, privacy, and IAM environments.
- Execute technical configurations and manage changes for infrastructure and account management teams.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain security and privacy policies, standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support the Infrastructure and DevOps teams in technical maintenance and project realization.
- 3+ years experience in technical configuration and management within Azure.
- 3+ years experience with technical configuration of Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD beyond basic access management.
- 3+ years experience in IT networking, specifically with IP addresses, subnets, firewalls, routing, and DNS.
- You possess practical experience with Azure DevOps and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
- You bring experience in developing automations using PowerShell.
- You have a solid understanding of ITIL and the execution of technical operational processes.
- You hold an AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) certification.
- You're proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
- You are fluent in English (C1) with a C1 level in Dutch or French.
Nice to Haves
- Relevant experience in the Belgian energy market.
- 3+ years experience with Office 365.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or TOPdesk.
- Certifications such as MS-500, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-300, or SC-900.
- Knowledge of both Dutch and French.
- Start date: 10/12/2026
