Position: Business Analyst – Financial Services & Investment
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze and document business, functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze and optimize business processes related to investment services and financial products.
- Collect and interpret business and financial data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Business, IT and Compliance stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Support regulatory and transformation initiatives within the financial services sector.
- Participate in Agile projects from analysis to implementation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master Degree.
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
- Good understanding of investment products and financial services.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments (e.g. MiFID) is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
