At Silverfin, our revenue engine is running, but as we scale, we are ready for our next phase. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation who doesn't just want to run campaigns, but wants to shape our strategy and lead a high-performing team to new heights.
The impact you will make
You and your team will own the end-to-end strategy for all demand generation, aligning our digital efforts with our broader business goals. This means driving targeted ABM at scale, overseeing European media buying, managing agency relationships, and optimizing our budget for data-driven ROI. Whether you are refining HubSpot workflows or designing multi-channel campaigns, your decisions will directly influence our customer acquisition and retention.
The leadership opportunity
Reporting directly to our VP of Revenue, you will be the guiding force for a brilliant, growing team of campaign executives, performance marketers, operations specialists, and digital marketing professionals.
Leadership here means more than managing output. It means mentoring your people, developing their skills, and fostering a collaborative culture. You will also serve as a cross‑functional leader, connecting the dots between field marketing, content, product, and sales.

Who we are looking for
You bring 7+ years of well‑rounded demand generation experience, ideally blending both digital agency and in‑house roles with an international scope. Alongside your mastery of paid media and marketing automation, you have a solid foundational understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Above all, you are deeply motivated by team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration, with the emotional intelligence to guide your team through rapid growth.
