Jobgether is seeking a Senior Operations Generalist based in Belgium to oversee administrative, financial, and project coordination in a globally distributed team. This fully remote role supports leadership across time zones and drives efficient handovers, reporting, and process improvements.
You will manage calendars, invoices, onboarding, partnerships research, and cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high operational standards.
