Als Project Leider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, budgettering, organisatie, opvolging en oplevering van jouw projecten in het domein “Signalling Tools” gedurende hun volledige levensduur. Je leidt een projectteam dat softwaretools ontwikkeld dienend voor het ontwerp en configuratie van seininrichtingssystemen / apparaturen. Concreet behoren volgende taken tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid, steeds in functie van de projecten waar je de leiding over neemt:

Je ontwikkelt operationele doelstellingen en vertaalt deze in concrete acties en activiteiten.
Je bepaalt de scope van de verschillende projecten, de werkprocedures en duidelijke instructies evenals voorzien in de nodige middelen voor de uitvoering.
Je analyseert de noden van de gebruikers/gebruiksters en (huidige en toekomstige) lacunes in het systeem. Tevens draag je bij aan het definiëren van oplossingen en haalbaarheidsstudies betreffende de diensten, procedures, producten en/of methodes van de betrokken entiteit.
Je organiseert en volgt de activiteiten en projecten op binnen de/het eigen entiteit/team. Je voorziet en evalueert hiertoe de nodige middelen en resources in functie van de prioriteiten en behoeften en zorgt voor de coherentie en onderlinge aanvulling van de werkzaamheden en/of projecten op transversale wijze.
Je begeleidt, motiveert, evalueert en ontwikkelt de kennis, competenties en autonomie van de medewerkers/medewerksters.
Je brengt regelmatig verslag uit en communiceert over de voortgang van projecten.
Je handelt proactief, verzamelt informatie en behoeften van de verschillende belanghebbenden (spoorwegondernemingen, commissie, infrastructuurbeheerders, terminals ...), stelt knelpunten vast, beoordeelt risico's en kansen en reageert adequaat om oplossingen te definiëren die aan de behoeften van alle belanghebbenden voldoen.
Je treedt op als referentiepunt of contactpersoon voor alle stakeholders bij de uitvoering van het project, antwoordt op vragen en komt tussen bij problemen (technische of organisatorische).
Je bekijkt je project in het grotere geheel en bepaalt mee toekomstige evoluties in de tool chain.
Je blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen binnen het eigen domein en hebt aandacht voor alle relevante informatie.

Het betreft een functie van het niveau Rang 3, en van klasse 6 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

JOUW PROFIEL

Je hebt een Masterdiploma als Ingenieur met een specialisatie in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica, informatica of automatisering of als Handelsingenieur met de optie operations management
Een eerste ervaring met een projectmanagement methodologie is een pluspunt.
Affiniteit met softwareontwikkeling en/of programmatuur is een pluspunt.
Je bent bereid om je te verdiepen in de spoorwegtechnologie en meer bepaald in het domein van de seininrichting (signalling).
Ervaring in een Functional Safety gereguleerde omgeving is een pluspunt.
Je hebt een vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans (of vice versa) en bent vloeiend in het Engels.
Je beheerst MS Office. Kennis van MS Project is een troef.
Je hebt goede contacten met veel (interne en externe) stakeholders voor jouw projecten. Hierbij luister je actief naar de anderen zodat je hen kan overtuigen jouw ideeën door te voeren en na te leven.
Je hebt zin voor initiatief, je stelt concrete oplossingen voor en je voert je werk zelfstandig uit.
Je werkt gestructureerd, je bent pragmatisch en resultaatsgericht.

DE WERKOMGEVING

Infrabel is verantwoordelijk voor de bouw, het onderhoud en de vernieuwing van de volledige spoorweginfrastructuur in België; dat zijn 3.600 km spoorlijnen, 5.905 km elektrische bovenleiding en ook 11.769 kunstwerken (bruggen en tunnels). Daarnaast regelen we ook 24/24 en 7/7 het treinverkeer. Samen met zo’n 9.000 medewerkers werken we aan een betrouwbaar en modern spoorwegnet om de mobiliteitsbehoeften van onze samenleving mee te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan een duurzame samenleving.

Je werkt binnen de Directie « Build » (I-B). Deze directie is verantwoordelijk voor de bouw van nieuwe spoorlijnen, de modernisering van bestaande spoorlijnen en de uitrol van het nieuwe seinrichtingssysteem ETCS. Build staat ook in voor moderniseringen en zorgt dat de infrastructuur aangepast is aan de behoeften van onze klanten.
