We bieden onze klanten niet alleen een gegarandeerde levering maar daarbovenop de recyclagetechnologie die materialen een nieuw leven geeft. Om nog beter presterende producten te maken en recyclage aan nieuwe markten aan te bieden, mogen we niet stilstaan. We moeten nieuwe methoden ontdekken, nieuwe oplossingen bedenken en nieuwe processen ontwikkelen. Je maakt deel uit van het Controlling team binnen de business unit EOM, waarvan het hoofdkantoor zich bevindt in Olen, met productieafdelingen in Olen, Frankrijk, de VS en Schotland. Als onderdeel van het Controlling team ben je onze liaison tussen Finance, IT, Operations, Sales en Supply, en dit over alle vier onze wereldwijde vestigingen. Het team is de schakel die de diverse afdelingen verbindt en samenwerking stimuleert.
* Je wordt inhoudelijk expert voor het financiële beheer van onze metalen. Je hebt een holistische benadering waarbij je financiële, commerciële en productiegegevens en rapportages integreert om diepgaande inzichten te verkrijgen in het werkingsproces van het metaalbeheer. Deze inzichten deel en bespreek je met de relevante teams om continu te streven naar verbeteringen.
* Je maakt deel uit van een team dat niet alleen jouw analytische vaardigheden waardeert, maar ook belang hecht aan een goede samenwerking. Jouw kritische blik en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel maken jou onmisbaar in dit team. Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een economische richting en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
* Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van algemene en analytische boekhouding. Kennis van metaalboekhouding is een plus.
* Je communiceert open, transparant en stemt communicatie af naar ontvanger.
* Je bent diplomatisch en interageert op professionele wijze met andere diensten.
* Je bent creatief en innovatief om pragmatische oplossingen te bieden.
* Je hebt schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van het Engels om te kunnen communiceren met de verschillende filialen van EOM.
* Kennis van Excel en SAP is vereist.
* Kennis van Cognos/PowerBI/Qlik is een plus.
