De internationale politiek en regelgeving heeft een aanzienlijke impact op de business van KBC en van onze klanten. Als Senior Compliance Advisor (Financial Crime - Embargo) is dit jouw expertisegebied.
De internationale gemeenschap — via onder andere de VN, OFAC (VS), OFSI (VK), de EU en België — reageert met steeds complexere embargobepalingen. Jij vertaalt ze naar werkbaar beleid en concrete richtlijnen voor KBC. Daarnaast speel je als Senior Compliance Policy Advisor een sleutelrol in de strijd tegen witwaspraktijken en frauduleuze geldstromen.
Je combineert twee rollen: enerzijds implementeer je regels, geef je advies en opleidingen, en verhoog je het bewustzijn rond compliance. Je zorgt ervoor dat KBC compliant blijft in een snel veranderende wereld, en beschermt zo de integriteit van onze organisatie én die van onze klanten.
Je zet wetten en regels om in procedures en opleidingen . Zo draag je bij tot de Group Compliance Rules en speel je een actieve rol in ons product proces.
Je adviseert je collega’s uit de centrale diensten de kantoren en in onze buitenlandse dochterondernemingen of andere lokale compliance-afdelingen.
Je deelt informatie en kennis rond financiële criminaliteit en geeft opleidingen.
Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in compliance, audit, operationeel risico en/of een andere functie binnen risk .
Dat doe je moeiteloos in het Nederlands en het Engels . Kan je dat ook in het Frans, dan is dat een plus.
