Als toonaangevende financiële instelling heeft KBC Bank dagdagelijks nood aan scherpe analyses om zicht te krijgen op de waarde van commercieel vastgoed. Daarvoor doen onze relatiebeheerders, kredietadviseurs en kredietbeslissers graag beroep op jouw expertise.
Reken op een context waarin je je skills voluit kan inzetten; je beoordeelt vastgoedtaxatierapporten, analyseert markttrends, bezoekt eigendommen en drukt je stempel op welke waarderingsmethoden en -procedures we gebruiken. Functieomschrijving
Je bewaakt en beoordeelt de kwaliteit van externe vastgoedwaarderingsrapporten conform de heersende standaarden. Daarbij hou je rekening met kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve elementen. Het resultaat van je analyse koppel je terug naar de externe taxateurs.
Je voert zelf vastgoedwaarderingen uit op een single-asset of portefeuillebasis, voornamelijk in Vlaanderen en Brussel . Deze waarderingen hebben betrekking op verschillende activaklassen van vastgoed, voor een groot deel voor institutionele en professionele klanten (commercial real estate).
Je stelt kwalitatieve en inzichtelijke waarderingsrapporten van verschillende formaten op of controleert die.
Je bereidt ad hoc strategisch advies voor binnen beperkte tijdsbestekken en zorgt daarbij voor nauwkeurigheid en gefundeerde prognoses.
Je draagt bij aan de corporate ontwikkeling en implementatie van waarderingsmethoden en -procedures.
Profiel
Je hebt een (master)diploma in rechten, financiën, economie of vastgoed en minstens 2 jaar ervaring met het waarderen van commercieel vastgoed .
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail helpen je om informatie te interpreteren en trends in de markt te ontdekken.
Als collega ben je een proactieve en enthousiaste teamspeler, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig werken. Omgaan met deadlines en prioriteiten stellen lukt je prima. Zo lever je tijdige, kwalitatieve rapporten op aan je collega's.
Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitgesproken klantgerichte ingesteldheid .
Je bent in het bezit van een RICS-accreditatie of je bent bereid om deel te nemen aan de selectieprocedure ervoor.
