Dan is deze functie iets voor u Wij zijn op zoek naar technische trainees (M/V/X) voor EMS (European Maintenance Services, onderdeel van ENGIE Generation Europe), die verantwoordelijk is voor het gespecialiseerde onderhoud van turbines, alternatoren, hoogspanningsinstallaties en ketels van elektriciteitscentrales, onder andere. Functieomschrijving WIJ BIEDEN U als Technische Trainee Een rotatieprogramma van 24 maanden waarin u: Grondige training op het terrein krijgt en begeleiding van een mentor, senior experts en managers. Uw technische kennis kunt verdiepen door onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit te voeren in verschillende elektriciteitscentrales en windparken van Engie in België en het buitenland (voornamelijk in Frankrijk en Nederland). Door middel van 4 gevarieerde opdrachten in verschillende onderhoudssequenties ontdekt wat u het meest interesseert als technicus: werken aan grote roterende apparatuur (gas- en stoomturbines), hoog- en middenspanningsapparatuur, ketels, pompen en ventilatoren en kleinere luchtvaartturbines. Start met 1 andere trainee waarmee u ervaringen en kennis kunt uitwisselen. Profiel UW PROFIEL als Technische Trainee U heeft een professionele opleiding gevolgd in mechanische/elektrische/elektromechanische engineering. U bent een pas afgestudeerde of heeft maximaal 2 jaar ervaring. U spreekt Engels, Nederlands en/of Frans en bent bereid de andere nationale taal te leren. U bent flexibel qua werktijden en werkplek. U bent bereid om in teamverband of in het weekend te werken tijdens opdrachten en 30% van uw tijd te reizen. U bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B. Aanbod Van € 3.150 tot € 4.050 per maand Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd krijgt met: een geïndexeerd maandelijks basissalaris aangevuld met talrijke premies afhankelijk van het werkregime (ploegpremie), weekendwerk en/of overuren (vergoeding en compensatie in verlofdagen) en de plaats van tewerkstelling (mobiliteitspremie). een eindejaarspremie, een dubbel vakantiegeld en een collectieve premie. een bedrijfswagen, een mobiele telefoon en een abonnement. maaltijdcheques. 33 verlofdagen en compensatiedagen voor weekendwerk en overuren
