Description de la fonction Comment faites-vous bouger Bruxelles ?En tant que project planner, vous intégrez le projet « Constitution », comportant la création de nouveaux ouvrages souterrains dont une station de métro (T.Thielemans), une nouvelle station de tram à Lemonnier et des tunnels adjacents. Vous assurez la bonne coordination et l'intégration du projet 'Metro Nord-Albert'. Vous analysez les tâches, établissez le planning et veillez à ce que le projet soit réalisé dans le respect des délais. En tant que facilitateur.rice, vous restez proactif.ve sur l'aspect global de l'avancement du projet. Vous fédérez les différentes parties prenantes autour de la réussite du projet.
Le projet Constitution fait partie intégrante du Programme Nord-Albert (Métro 3) qui a pour but de créer la ligne de métro entre Nord et Albert et relier ainsi le nord au sud de la capitale.
De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?Vous êtes en charge de la mise sur pied du planning général en fixant des délais pour toutes les phases de conception, les décisions techniques, la réalisation, les tests et la mise en service en intégrant les variantes proposées et retenues. Plus en détails :
- Vous suivez l'exécution des documents de conception dans le cadre des délais impartis en anticipant les retards et les risques éventuels.
- Vous réalisez l'inventaire et la mise à jour des contraintes et formalités techniques, administratives et relatives au personnel, qui ont une influence sur la mise sur pied du projet.
- Vous coordonnez les différentes parties prenantes et assurez une intégration cohérente des activités.
- Vous anticipez et informez le Pôle Manager de tous problèmes pouvant générer du retard ou des conflits et proposez des solutions
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master à orientation technique ou en architecture et avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'organisation de chantiers techniques complexes.
- Vous disposez d'excellentes connaissances et de méthodologie en planification et gestion des risques ; vous êtes familier.e des logiciels de planification (par ex. Tilos).
- Vous parlez couramment le français ou le néerlandais ; une connaissance de l'autre langue est un plus.
- Vous êtes analytique, capable de résoudre des problèmes, précis.e, communicatif.ve et vous savez gérer le stress.
