GRADUATE Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect to design, implement, and enhance technical solutions that support our company's strategic goals. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure our systems and solutions are perfectly aligned with our customers' and the organization's needs.
Partner with Business and IT stakeholders, including Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers, to convert requirements and ideas into actionable solutions.
Offer technical expertise and guidance in project planning, risk analysis, and migration strategies to project teams and stakeholders.
Co-lead the technical team during complex project implementations, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and acting as a key technical contact.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a complex IT setting.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructures, software development processes, and integration principles. Experience with complex IT systems (e.g., WMS, MES) is preferred, and familiarity with cloud solutions, ERP systems, and digital transformation projects is advantageous.
A collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven approach and proven leadership skills.
