RESPONSABLE APPLICATIONS IT

Als Application Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de stabiliteit en continuïteit van het kassasysteem dat de dagelijkse werking van verschillende winkelformules ondersteunt. Je beheert de applicaties en ICT-systemen die essentieel zijn voor een vlotte winkelervaring. Je werkt in een IT-team dat gespecialiseerd is in verkoopsystemen, en je hebt nauw contact met businesspartners, IT-architecten, analisten, ontwikkelaars en externe leveranciers.
Lifecycle Management: Bij wijzigingen of nieuwe oplossingen geef je advies en zorg je ervoor dat applicaties optimaal functioneren.
Je stemt regelmatig af met service delivery managers, collega's, leveranciers en de business.
Je werkt in Halle of Zwijnaarde, met de mogelijkheid om tot drie dagen per week van thuis uit of in een regionaal kantoor (zoals Haasrode of Mechelen) te werken.
Je hebt ongeveer vijf jaar ervaring met application lifecycle management (ALM) en met werken binnen IT-projecten.
Je kunt jouw ideeën helder overbrengen naar diverse stakeholders, ongeacht hun technische kennis, en je bouwt gemakkelijk een professioneel netwerk op.
Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, hakt knopen door en maakt weloverwogen beslissingen, ook in uitdagende situaties.
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
