Als Manager Procurement coördineer je een team van drie managers die toezicht houden op een groep strategische en operationele inkopers verdeeld over verschillende domeinen (voertuigen, corporate en infrastructuur). 

Je werkt binnen de afdeling Finance & Services voor de afdeling Procurement, Logistics & Facilities (PL&F). Je rapporteert aan de Director Procurement, Logistics & Facilities. 

Jouw opdracht bestaat erin de aankoopactiviteiten te ontwikkelen, te beheren, te coördineren en te optimaliseren zodat alle diensten van de MIVB over de middelen beschikken om hun doelstellingen te bereiken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van een samenhangend beheer binnen de afdeling. 

Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?

* Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en onderhoudt de inkoopcultuur binnen het bedrijf. 
* Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en handhaaft een inkoopcultuur binnen het bedrijf. Je implementeert een controleaanpak voor inkoopprestaties. 
* Je wordt de referentie-inkoopadviseur op organisatieniveau ten opzichte van divisies, business units en afdelingen, om het partnerimago te consolideren. 
* Je neemt proactief deel aan de strategische projecten van de MIVB. 
* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nemen van maatregelen om een optimale en kwalitatieve dienstverlening te garanderen op basis van KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) en de analyse van rapporten. 
* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking, opleiding en ontwikkeling van het interne personeel om over een performant team te beschikken en zo te voldoen aan de kwaliteits-, service- en termijncriteria die de klanten verwachten. 
* Je stelt doelstellingen vast, evalueert medewerkers en neemt deel aan aanwervingen om de optimale werking van de entiteit te garanderen. 
* Je ontwikkelt, verbetert, bewaakt en communiceert de processen, projecten, kwaliteit en risico's van de afdeling volgens de binnen de organisatie geldende methodologieën Profiel * Je hebt een masterdiploma verkoop/marketing/verkooptechniek of civiele/industriële techniek.
* Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in teambeheer, projectbeheer en contractbeheer (aankoop en/of verkoop)
* Je hebt een goede kennis van het opstellen en opvolgen van overheidsopdrachten en van de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten
* Jouw persoonlijke kwaliteiten: leiderschap, doelgerichtheid, gevoel voor prioriteiten, crisismanagement, mensen kunnen aansturen en motiveren, flexibiliteit en openstaan voor verandering, oplossingsgerichtheid, goede organisatorische vaardigheden en structuur, stressbestendigheid.
* Je hebt een uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans en je spreekt vloeiend Engels.
