BEUC and its’ 44 members from 31 countries contribute to protecting consumers’ health, safety, legal and economic interests. If so, you might be BEUC’s next HR Specialist. Description de la fonction The Human Resources Specialist plays a key role in every aspect of the well-being of every BEUC team member and hence you will have a variety of responsibilities:
You take ownership for the ongoing development of innovative HR policies
You deliver clear presentations to the team in order to ensure constant best practice for every HR policy
You are the go-to-person for all HR matters for a team of 58
You are responsible for ensuring that Group S (the Payroll Office) receives all necessary salary data in time
You manage all recruitment processes from A – Z involving contacts with the Line Manager, jobsites, as well as interviewing and offer negotiation
You are in charge of the training policy involving topic research, contact with trainers, rollout of the training programme and follow-up
You coordinate the secretary team’s planning.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Soft and Hard Human Resources
Experienced in and with up-to-date knowledge of Belgian Labour Law
Very good English (written and spoken) + EITHER very good French OR very good Dutch (both written and spoken)
Solid organisational skills and a keen eye for detail enable you to meet deadlines.
