- Je staat binnen het team mee in voor de personeelsadministratie volgens vastgelegde procedures en in overeenstemming met de wettelijke bepalingen alsook de verschillende bedrijfs-cao’s.
- Je staat bijvoorbeeld mee in voor het opmaken en opvolgen van: arbeidscontracten, addendums aan arbeidscontracten, warrants, opvolging dossiers Tijdskrediet, re-integratietrajecten, …
- Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de digitale en papieren personeelsdossiers en ziet er op toe dat alles correct gearchiveerd wordt.
- Je staat tevens mee in om de HR procedures op te maken, up-to-date te stellen en intern te communiceren via de verschillende kanalen (mondeling toelichten, publiceren op intranet, interne mailing, etc.).
- Je staat mee in om de telefoon van het HR team te beantwoorden alsook voor de opvolging van de emails die via de HR mailbox binnenkomen. We streven hierbij steeds naar een snel en ‘first-time-right’ antwoord aan de medewerkers van Amp die vragen stellen of informatie nodig hebben.
- Je staat mee in voor bepaalde ad hoc of recurrente rapporteringen die het HR team dient aan te reiken, bijvoorbeeld inzake absenteïsme, loonsimulaties, overuren, verloftellers, …
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de input van aan- en afwezigheden in Protime
- Je staat in voor de opvolging en de verwerking van de correcte prestaties en dit in samenwerking met de leidinggevenden.
- Je staat mee in voor de set-up in Protime
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands én Frans , zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot die nauwkeurig werkt en graag alles tot in de puntjes in orde heeft
- Je bent leergierig, hebt interesse om je eerste stappen te zetten in de HR-wereld en bent bereid een opleiding sociaal recht te volgen
- Integriteit en confidentialiteit staan voor u op de eerste plaats en zijn een absolute must
- Je bent communicatief, dynamisch, matuur en een echte teamplayer
- Je kan autonoom werken , je neemt graag initiatief en ‘ziet werk’
- Je hebt onder meer ook een zeer goede kennis van Word, PowerPoint
- Gevorderde kennis van Excel
- Leren werken met nieuwe systemen – zoals tijdsregistratiesysteem – schrikt je niet af
- Een boeiende gevarieerde functie binnen het HR team op onze hoofdzetel te Anderlecht .
- Je werkt voltijds 37u per week met 7u24min per dag (excl pauze van 30 min) en past je graag flexibel aan volgens de noodwendigheden van het team.
- Telewerk tot maximum 3 dagen per week (na de opleidingsperiode).
