Dan kijken we ernaar uit om jouw sollicitatie te ontvangen Functieomschrijving Als Category Buyer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische en tactische aankoop van verschillende productgroepen, waaronder grondstoffen, logistieke diensten, verpakkingen, technische goederen en diensten. Je werkt nauw samen met een gedreven team van aankoopexperts.
* Je draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen van de aankoopstrategie en zorg je voor een correcte implementatie en opvolging binnen jouw categorie.
* Je analyseert interne behoeften en ondersteunt collega's bij het opstellen van prijsaanvragen.
* Daarnaast beoordeel je offertes, voer je onderhandelingen met leveranciers en sluit je contracten af. Gedurende de looptijd van deze contracten houd je actief toezicht op naleving en zorg je voor een effectief contractmanagement.
* Naast je aankoopverantwoordelijkheden ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van leveranciersrelaties. Je evalueert leveranciers en streeft voortdurend naar verbetering van hun prestaties.
* Bovendien houd je je bezig met risico- en claimmanagement. Je werkt professioneel en doelgericht samen met zowel externe leveranciers als interne belanghebbenden.
* Als vertegenwoordiger van jouw categorie zorg je ervoor dat alle aankoopbehoeften in de Benelux worden vervuld. Je zet je in om ervoor te zorgen dat we de beste leveranciers selecteren en dat we voldoen aan de behoeften van onze organisatie. Profiel * Je hebt een masterdiploma TEW optie handelsingenieur of master in de ingenieurswetenschappen. Daarnaast heb je 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur in een internationale aankoop-organisatie.
* Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met techniek en/of supply chain.
* Je bent analytisch, hebt commerciële feeling en sterke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands & Engels. Kennis van Duits is een voordeel.
* Je bent een echte “relationship builder” – zowel richting leveranciers als binnen de firma.
