Om deze taken te kunnen uitvoeren, heeft de NBB een solide IT-systeem nodig. En dat is waar jij, als een van de 250 experts in onze IT-afdeling, aan de slag gaat als Security Engineer om betrouwbare en veilige toepassingen te helpen ontwikkelen en ervoor te zorgen dat onze IT-infrastructuur goed wordt onderhouden.
De dienst IT Security & Risk is op zoek naar twee systeemingenieurs voor de afdeling Security Operation Center (SOC), die verantwoordelijk is voor het voortdurend bewaken en verbeteren van de beveiligingspositie van de NBB.
Dit dynamische team voorkomt, detecteert, analyseert en verhelpt cyberbeveiligingsincidenten. Het team is ook verantwoordelijk voor zijn eigen infrastructuur en tools, wat zorgt voor flexibiliteit, betere detectiemogelijkheden en een verhoogde automatisering van responsprocessen.
Ben je gepassioneerd door het implementeren en onderhouden van nieuwe beveiligingstools, ben je geïnteresseerd in on-premise en cloudinfrastructuur en wil je deel uitmaken van een team dat IT-beveiliging verbetert? je werkt samen met de SOC-manager, de systeemingenieurs van het Security Operation Center, de verschillende teams van de IT-afdeling en de zakelijke afdelingen van de NBB
je onderzoekt, ontwerpt en implementeert nieuwe beveiligingsoplossingen in de IT-omgeving, terwijl je ook IT-beveiligingssystemen plant en onderhoudt. Je coördineert ook de oplossing van beveiligingsincidenten om de veiligheid van de infrastructuur en gegevens van de organisatie te garanderen
je bent voortdurend op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van operationele IT-beveiliging door je kennis bij te werken om je geloofwaardigheid te versterken en een service te bieden gebaseerd op actuele competenties
je definieert wijzigingen, upgrades en uitbreidingen van software en hardware, terwijl je systeemontwerpen maakt. Hierdoor worden technieken toegepast die voldoen aan de behoeften van IT-beveiliging en bijdragen aan het beveiligen van nieuwe projecten of het verbeteren van bestaande IT-beveiligingssystemen
significanteje voert haalbaarheidsstudies uit en evalueert verschillende software- en hardwareoplossingen die kunnen voldoen aan de behoeften van IT-beveiliging, zowel functioneel als budgettair, zodat de NBB de beste oplossing kan kiezen
je bent bereid deel te nemen aan een wachtdienstsysteem om buiten werktijden de continuïteit van de dienst te garanderen.
je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in informatica of IT-beveiliging) of een bachelordiploma met significante ervaring in IT-beveiliging
je beheerst perfect Nederlands en/of Frans en hebt een goede praktische kennis van het Engels (niveau B2)
je hebt kennis van Linux-, Windows-systemen en Azure Cloud-beveiliging.
