Cohezio vzw is één van de grootste Externe Diensten voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk in België. Samen met een multidisciplinair team van 550 enthousiaste collega’s waken we over de gezondheid, de veiligheid en het welzijn op het werk van alle werknemers bij onze klanten.
De filosofie die we bij onze klanten vooropstellen, zetten we vanzelfsprekend ook intern in de praktijk om. We werken als één team, collectief boven individueel. Enerzijds ondersteun je de Risk Manager bij het aansturen van het team van preventieadviseurs gespecialiseerd in arbeidsveiligheid, ergonomie en arbeidshygiëne en ben je de back up van de Risk Manager. Je treedt op als vakdeskundige op technisch gebied en wordt de expert van de informaticatools die door deze technische preventieadviseurs worden gebruikt.
helpen bij de technische veiligheidscontrole, indienststelling van nieuwe installaties, ondersteunen bij nieuwe veiligheidsnormen, …); je staat in voor de planning en uitvoering van technische interventies in overleg met de klant en de collega’s binnen ons technisch departement; je zorgt voor de opmaak van een kwaliteitsvol activiteitenverslag voor de klant en de administratieve follow-up ter afsluiting van de interventie.
Je geeft opleiding en vorming aan de klant en zijn medewerkers.
Je beschikt over een diploma Master Ingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur aangevuld met een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau I.
Je weet je te onderscheiden door jouw gedrevenheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en zin voor organisatie.
Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans en je vult deze aan met een klantgerichte houding.
Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar onze klanten binnen de regio Brussel.

Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur van gemiddeld 36u/week. We hechten belang aan een goede work-life balance en realiseren dit door naast de 20 wettelijke verlofdagen, 24 ADV-dagen te voorzien.
