Het ZOL is een supra regionaal topklinisch ziekenhuis dat zowel basiszorg als complexe zorg aanbiedt in Genk, Lanaken en Maaseik.
Om ons team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een dynamische ingenieur . Denk je op technisch vlak ook mee in functie van het architecturaal concept? Als ingenieur ben je actief binnen het projectenteam van het technisch departement en rapporteer je aan de manager vastgoedprojecten.
Je werkt nauw samen met de overige medewerkers binnen het projectenteam, de diensten technisch onderhoud en technisch beheer, de coördinator architectuur & masterplan en de betrokken externe partijen.
Jouw expertiseveld is elektriciteit. Je neemt een belangrijke rol op binnen tal van bouwkundige en technische projecten, hetzij in een adviserende rol binnen je eigen vakgebied, hetzij als projectleider van een aantal specifieke projecten.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het overkoepelende beleid met betrekking tot je vakgebied en samen met de andere ingenieurs binnen het projectenteam verantwoordelijk voor het geheel van infrastructuur en technische installaties van het ZOL.
Je volgt de aannemer op de voet op qua planning en budget. Je bewaakt het projectbudget, de timing van de uitvoering en de kwaliteit, zowel op bouwkundig vlak als op vlak van de technieken en dit tot aan de definitieve oplevering van elk project.
Als vertegenwoordiger van de dienst werk je actief mee aan dienst-overstijgende projecten, zowel binnen het technisch departement als overkoepelend binnen het ziekenhuis en al dan niet in samenwerking met externe organisaties.
Samen met de andere ingenieurs maak je deel uit van de technische wachtdienst buiten kantooruren in een tweedelijnsbeurtrol.
Je hebt met trots een masterdiploma ingenieurswetenschappen / industriële wetenschappen elektriciteit, elektromechanica of elektronica behaald of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je hebt een grondige kennis van elektriciteit en het AREI.
Dankzij jouw brede blik behoud je het overzicht over jouw eigen projecten en lever je advies voor andere projecten terwijl je het team ondersteunt.
