Daar het een relatief klein team betreft (5-tal personen) ben je bereid je te verdiepen in de technische omgeving en operationeel mee te draaien binnen het team.
Je volgt de markt op zodat je mee kan nadenken over toekomstige wijzigingen en evoluties. Je identificeert potentiële risico's en geeft advies en ondersteuning bij het uitwerken van adequate security-strategieën.
Je werkt nauw samen met de overige operationele teams zodat incidenten snel verholpen worden, dat er naar structurele oplossingen gewerkt wordt en dat cybersecuritybedreigingen maximaal geanticipeerd worden. Daarnaast stem je regelmatig af met de DPO's en de CISO om er voor te zorgen dat acties ondernomen worden om in lijn te blijven met het informatieveiligheidsbeleid.
Je taken?
• Je staat in voor de coördinatie van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van een team medewerkers met het oog op het realiseren van de operationele doelstellingen.
• Je staat in voor de dagelijkse planning en coördinatie van de werkzaamheden van de medewerkers. Dit doe je o.a. door werkverdelingen op te stellen, concrete instructies te geven, de resultaten op te volgen, etc.
• Je begeleidt en motiveert de medewerkers in hun taakuitvoering. Je ondersteunt hen, je geeft instructies en feedback, je coacht hen in het ontwikkelen van hun kennis en vaardigheden, je voert gesprekken in het kader van de evaluatiecyclus, etc.
• Je controleert de kwaliteit van hun werk en je stuurt de medewerkers bij indien nodig. Je rapporteert aan de hiërarchie over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers met betrekking tot hun vragen over reglementering, werkmethodes, HR etc. Je informeert de medewerkers regelmatig over de visie, missie, de strategie en de operationele doelstellingen van de organisatie.
• Je beantwoordt vragen en geeft correcte informatie aan interne en externe klanten. Je behandelt klachten wanneer ze zich voordoen.
• Je legt standaarden en richtlijnen vast voor een coherente dienstverlening en het bewaken van het geleverde kwaliteitsniveau.
• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe opdrachten, werkt deze uit en doet hierbij de nodige afstemming binnen het team, andere betrokken teams, leveranciers en met onze klanten. Profiel Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de informatica. Je hebt 5 of meer jaren aantoonbare ervaring in de netwerk- en cybersecuritywereld. Je hebt 3 jaren of meer ervaring in het aansturen van een team.
Je hebt een grondige kennis van netwerktechnologieën en -protocollen. Je bent vertrouwd met de configuratie van netwerkproducten zoals switches, routers (statische en dynamische routings), load balancers, access points, …
Je beschikt over goede vaardigheden in design en analyse en hebt een zeer goede kennis van de veiligheid, beveiligingstools en van netwerkbeheer (Next Gen Firewall, UTM Firewall, proxy/reverse proxy, DNS- en DHCP-protocollen, VPN, SSL, ...).
Via coachend leiderschap slaag je erin je medewerkers aan te sturen en te motiveren.
Je bent integer, een teamspeler en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
Je bent klant- en resultaatsgericht en geeft blijk van voldoende leervermogen.
Je legt en onderhoudt vlot contacten met zowel je interne klanten als met externe partners.
Je kan je communicatie- en interactiestijl aanpassen aan diverse situaties.
