De Expansion Director ontwikkelt en voert de expansiestrategie van Carrefour Belgium voor Express, Market & Hyper winkels uit, en identificeert marktuitbreidingskansen om deze om te zetten in winkelopeningen volgens de vastgestelde doelstellingen.
Belangrijkste doelen en taken:
De Expansion Director rapporteert aan de Operations Director Express van Carrefour Belgium en is lid van het directiecomité Operations Express van Carrefour Belgium.
STRATEGIE & CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
* Definieert, vernieuwt en realiseert de korte-, midden- en langetermijnstrategie.
* Garandeert de implementatie van efficiënte processen.
* Ontwikkelt en implementeert projecten en nieuwe kansen.
* Stelt strategische KPI's voor en volgt ze op.
* Zorgt voor begrip van de strategie en ambitie van Carrefour.
* Bereidt interventies voor in commissies voor strategische beslissingen.
OPERATIONELE UITMUNTENDHEID & PRESTATIES
* Behaalt de uitbreidingsdoelstellingen van Carrefour Belgium.
* Biedt een expertvisie aan zijn team bij het opzetten van uitbreidingsprojecten.
* Beheert samen met het vastgoedteam de relatie met eigenaars en onderhandelt grote dossiers.
* Creëert en vertaalt een operationele visie naar processen en tools.
* Neemt corrigerende maatregelen indien nodig.
* Ondersteunt zijn team bij het onderzoek naar uitbreidingsmogelijkheden.
* Moedigt gemeten risico's aan en stelt bestaande procedures ter discussie.
* Beheert en verantwoordt het budget en optimaliseert middelen.
* Experimenteert met nieuwe manieren om de klantervaring te verbeteren.
* Optimaliseert de time to market en volgt dossiers op.
* Ondersteunt het team door expansiesteams op het terrein te laten zijn.
PARTNERSCHAP
* Zorgt voor voortdurende communicatie met interne en externe belanghebbenden.
* Leidt en faciliteert overleg- en coördinatievergaderingen.
LEIDERSCHAP
* Is een actieve ambassadeur van Carrefour en moedigt teamleden aan hetzelfde te doen.
* Ontwikkelt de expertise, professionaliteit en klantgerichtheid van elk teamlid.
* Bevordert en past de feedbackcultuur toe binnen de teams.
* Stelt collectieve en individuele doelen vast.
* Delegeert taken op basis van teamvaardigheden.
* Pleit voor diversiteit en waardeert verschillen binnen de teams.
* Stimuleert diepgaand engagement en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Profiel Studie & ervaring:
* Master met specialisatie in Commercial Management en/of Vastgoed.
* Meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in het coördineren van uitbreidingsteams of vastgoed- of commerciële teams, bij voorkeur in de detailhandel Aanbod Bedrijfswagen Bij Carrefour willen we mensen - van alle generaties en achtergronden, elk met hun eigen ervaring - aantrekken en behouden.
