je beheert functiebeschrijvingen en hun evaluatie tijdens de evaluatiecomités, je werkt nieuwe ontwikkelingstrajecten uit en volgt ze op, je publiceert interne advertenties en volgt de sollicitaties op. Dit alles maakt deel uit van ons mobiliteitsbeleid.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inschaling van de competenties, je voert loopbaangesprekken en informeert medewerkers omtrent mobiliteitsmogelijkheden binnen onze organisatie.
Ook stel je verslagen en dossiers op voor het carrièrecomité, bied je ondersteuning bij het competentiemanagement en neem je deel aan nieuwe HR-projecten.
Je definieert indicatoren, stelt statistieken en KPI's op en zorgt voor een regelmatige rapportering.
Je staat mee in voor de creatie van een gecentraliseerde database zodat alle informatie met betrekking tot mobiliteit voor alle betrokken partijen zichtbaar en bruikbaar is. Profiel Je behaalde een bachelor- of masteropleiding, bij voorkeur in een HR-richting. Je hebt een eerste ervaring opgedaan in een HR-afdeling.
Excel heeft voor jou geen geheimen en je hebt ook een goede kennis van andere MS Office-programma's.
Kennis van de IT-sector en van rapporteringstechnieken zijn een pluspunt.
Plannen, organiseren en teamspirit zijn een must.
Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, bent klant- en resultaatgericht, weet om te gaan met vertrouwelijke dossiers en bent leergierig.
Tot slot heb je een goede kennis van het Frans.
