You will be the key to uniting colleagues and fostering a collaborative environment where the team can excel. Additionally, you'll be responsible for shaping the BI team's strategy and establishing a solid framework to support their success.
The team operates on a self-service setup, prioritizing on supporting (enabling) the business. Instead, we have a department that stimulates our colleagues to generate their own insights and dive into the data.
As the team lead, you’ll coordinate with colleagues, manage the budget, and coach the team to reach its full potential.
Your people skills and ability to unite the team are key in this role. The main challenge is that the team is split between two locations: You'll ensure strong collaboration, guiding the team to develop the best BI solutions.

You will join Technology & Product Studio (TPS), Mediahuis' Group IT & data department, where passion, innovation, and customer focus come together in the dynamic media landscape. More specifically you will join the BI Engineering team . This team works on a self-service setup, which enables the business to be able to extract insights from the data. The team is involved from development to production and facilitates all domains within the Mediahuis Group.
