Bij beursbedrijf KBC Securities kom je in aanraking met alle subtypes van operationeel en financieel risico, waaronder market risk, credit risk en liquidity risk. Variatie verzekerd dus, met een focus op financieel risico . Je verdiept je in alle aspecten van risicobeheer en bouwt een interessant netwerk op. Bovendien zit je op de eerste rij om te ontdekken hoe het eraan toe gaat in onze dealing rooms. Functieomschrijving
Je voert controles uit, in lijn met onze groepswijde risk frameworks.
Je draagt ertoe bij dat we met de geschikte set controles werken om de risico's van KBC Securities te beperken .
Senior stakeholders, bijvoorbeeld het Executive Committee en de Board of Directors, rekenen op jou voor een beknopte, heldere toelichting van bevindingen uit risicocontroles.
Om control awareness onder medewerkers en senior management te verhogen, bouw je proactief relaties uit en ga je met collega's in gesprek.
Je stelt doordachte, nauwkeurige presentaties en rapporten op rond bevindingen, zowel voor medewerkers als voor het management.
Je neemt deel aan ad-hoc projecten waarin je kennis van financial risk een meerwaarde is.
Profiel
Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in risicobeheer , idealiter met een focus op financiële risico's binnen gereguleerde financiële dienstverlening.
Je bent sterk in analyseren . Dat helpt je om - op een gestructureerde manier - gegevens te beheren, verbanden te leggen en patronen te herkennen.
Complexe situaties helder uiteenzetten? Dat doe je graag en goed. Je communiceert duidelijk en enthousiast in het Nederlands en Engels.
Je werkt nauwkeurig, systematisch en oplossingsgericht . Jouw antwoord op tijdsdruk of een gewijzigde situatie is prioriteiten stellen en je werk efficiënt organiseren.
Heb je informatie nodig? Je spreekt vlot de juiste personen aan. Ook informeel komt relevante info tot bij jou dankzij je networking skills.
