Als IT Configuration & Asset Administrator faciliteer je de activiteiten en de communicatie tussen de verschillende teams van de afdeling IT-infrastructuurbeheer om het door de SLA's vereiste dienstverleningsniveau te handhaven.
Je ondersteunt, implementeert en ontwikkelt "best practices" en principes (gebaseerd op ITIL) binnen het departement Infrastructuur om een betere dienstverlening te garanderen aan interne en externe klanten.
Meer specifiek beheer je en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de configuratiemanagement- en assetmanagementprocessen.
Wat betreft het configuration management, voer je volgende taken uit:
- Definiëren en onderhouden van het configuratiemanagementproces en ondersteunen van de IT-infrastructuurbeheerteams bij de uitvoering ervan. In deze context ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behoud van de kwaliteit van de CMDB (Configuration Management Database) en de informatie die nodig is voor de facturering aan onze klanten, de nodige security audits, lifecyclebeheer, etc.
- Deelnemen aan de verbetering van het mapping-model door de verschillende technologische, toepassings- en bedrijfslagen erin op te nemen en ervoor te zorgen dat het aan de behoeften van de verschillende gebruikers voldoet.
Wat betreft het asset management, voer je volgende taken uit:
- Het proces voor assetmanagement, d.w.z. het beheer van activa gedurende hun gehele levenscyclus, definiëren en handhaven.
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle gebruikte software gedekt is door een licentie, toezien op het gebruik van deze licenties door te anticiperen op bepaalde aankopen of door bepaalde situaties te regulariseren.
- Waken over de link met capacity management om te zorgen dat er afdoende strategische stock is (bv. voor business continuity en een efficiënt disaster recovery plan, alsmede een projectie naar de toekomst voor gebruik en beheer van de nodige capaciteit).
Voor beide processen ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren en monitoren van KPI's. Je rapporteert regelmatig aan het management en coördineert taken om deze processen continu te verbeteren.
Uw profiel
Je bent in het bezit van een IT-diploma. Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een transversale IT-functie in een infrastructuurdepartement in een functie die ITIL-processen voor configuratiebeheer of asset management implementeert.
Je hebt een basiskennis van de ITIL-methodologie. Een ITIL Certification is een troef.
Je hebt een basiskennis van de infrastructuurcomponenten (netwerk, middleware, server, DB).
Je bent in staat om complexe technische processen uit te werken en op te volgen.
Je hebt al audit- en controletaken uitgevoerd.
Je bent vertrouwd met het verzamelen van metrieken over IT-componenten.
Je kan flexibel maar zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en komt met oplossingen.
Je hebt een goede kennis van processen met betrekking tot de aankopen (beheer van contracten, beheer van bestellingen, ...).
Je communiceert op een efficiënte manier en stelt je diplomatisch of assertief op wanneer dit nodig is. Je bent een goede luisteraar en hebt tegelijkertijd een goede overtuigingskracht.
Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en je bent klant- en resultaatgericht.
Je bent in staat om duidelijke presentaties te geven aan de technische teams, de klanten en het management.
Je drukt je vlot uit in één van de twee landstalen (Frans/Nederlands) en je hebt ten minste een actieve kennis van de tweede taal.
