Voor de verdere versterking van hun team zoeken ze een Project Engineer die niet alleen technisch onderlegd is, maar ook financieel inzicht heeft en het overzicht kan bewaren over verschillende projecten. Als Project Engineer heb je de verantwoordelijkheid over verschillende projecten en zorg je voor de vlotte hand-over naar de werkvoorbereiders. Je zorgt dat zij de juiste plannen en documenten in handen krijgen om het project vlot uit te werken : Analyseren van technische dossiers en vertalen naar uitvoerbare oplossingen. Detailplannen uitwerken in Inventor en de technische haalbaarheid bewaken. Voorbereiden van personeelsbezetting, materiaal- en middelenplanning. Aansturen van werkvoorbereiders en het team coördineren. Budgetten opstellen, kosten inschatten en opvolgen tijdens het project. Uitsturen van prijsaanvragen, evalueren van offertes en leveranciersbeheer. Opstellen van planningen, werkinstructies en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid, timing en kostenefficiëntie. Facturatie opvolgen, technische dossiers afsluiten en rapporteren aan de directie Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur ontwerp- en productietechnologie Je hebt ervaring met Inventor en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om zelf plannen uit te werken. Daarnaast heb je een sterk financieel inzicht: je kan budgetten correct inschatten, beheren en bewaken tijdens de uitvoering van de werken. Je weet hoe je werkvoorbereiders motiveert en aanstuurt en behoudt daarbij steeds het overzicht. Dankzij je communicatieve vaardigheden kan je klanten, leveranciers en interne teams op één lijn brengen. Je bent resultaatgericht, gestructureerd en combineert technische diepgang met een goed overzicht over verschillende projecten. Als Project Engineer heb je een veelzijdige rol waarin techniek, coördinatie en financiële verantwoordelijkheid samenkomen.
