A deep understanding of HR processes plus affinity with tech. Or a deep understanding of tech plus affinity with HR. Either way, those determined to get to the bottom of our customers’ needs will fit right in. But also:
Ideally you have a minimum experience working with SuccesFactors You speak English and Dutch or French You have demonstrable experience in a customer-oriented role You have solid interpersonal skills Which task can you expect? Facilitate customer process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align with solution functionality. Manage SuccessFactors projects, resource allocation, deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices. Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors while adhering to product standards. Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client's key users. Work closely with SD Worx team members to facilitate successful integration between modules. Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support. Support pre-sales activities.
