We are seeking an experienced Medical Education Consultant to support Medical Affairs initiatives at a partnering company. This exciting opportunity is based in Belgium and involves designing and executing high-quality medical education strategies. The role will focus on key therapeutic areas, including Immunology, Rheumatology, and Gastroenterology, and will involve creating impactful educational content for healthcare professionals worldwide.
Develop and execute global medical education strategies that support broader Medical Affairs objectives and align with therapeutic area goals (Immunology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology).
Create scientifically accurate educational content (e.g., Lead and manage medical education projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess educational gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve medical education programs based on feedback and outcomes.
3-7 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with a strong focus on medical education in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
~ Proven experience developing and managing medical education programs, including content creation, project management, and global coordination.
~ Relevant degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
~ Solid understanding of global medical education trends, methodologies, and best practices.
~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a freelance environment.
~ Excellent communication skills to present complex scientific data in an engaging and clear manner for diverse audiences.
