•You are in charge of preparing board meetings and shareholder meetings, as well as drafting LPAs, SLAs, articles of incorporation and any other legal documentation that may arise.
•You are also responsible for publishing the annual accounts as well as other corporate modifications that may arise.
•You are in regular communication with your clients and are the key point of contact in case they have any questions or concerns. Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Corporate Officer – PFS – Funds – Legal - Corporate •Thanks to your experience (in a PFS or fiduciary ideally) of minimum 3 years as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, you are able to handle your portfolio of AIF with a great level of autonomy.
•Fluency in English is required. It is not necessary to speak any other language.
•You would describe yourself as being proactive and well organized, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
•You will be assisted by two very skilled Directors who are happy to share their knowledge and skills with you. Offer | Senior Fund Corporate Officer – PFS – Funds – Legal - Corporate •You will benefit from limited overtime and flexible hours allowing you to end the day as early as 4 PM , allowing you to fully enjoy spending time with family and friends.
•A salary of up to 75 000 € per year, depending on your skill set and level of experience which will evolve as you grow in the PFS.
•As you will receive meal vouchers of € per day, you will be able to spend it in one of the many neighboring restaurants with your friends and have a good time or simply to buy your groceries.
•You will be part of a stable and dynamic team that is always ready to support you in your endeavors.
