Als servicetechnicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor de herstellingen en het preventief onderhoud van Dräger apparatuur binnen de ziekenhuizen van jouw regio Dit zijn o.a. anesthesietoestellen, beademingstoestellen, couveuses en patiëntbewakingsmonitoren, operatielampen, pendels die voornamelijk in het operatiekwartier en intensive care units gebruikt worden
Tijdens je werk heb je veel vrijheid, je maakt immers zelf je planning op in samenspraak met de klant
Voor de klant ben je het technisch aanspreekpunt bij uitstek dankzij een heldere en transparante communicatie. Je informeert over onderdelen, gebruiksrichtlijnen en beantwoordt vragen van technisch of medisch personeel.
Je zorgt voor een goede administratieve opvolging en beheert je eigen materiaalvoorraad
Hoewel je meestal zelfstandig op pad gaat, kan je rekenen op een ervaren team om je te ondersteunen. Samen helpen wij immers de krijtlijnen uit te tekenen voor de toekomst van ons bedrijf.
Je rapporteert aan de Service Manager
Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting: Elektronica, elektrotechniek of elektromechanica.
Affiniteit met de medische sector is een pluspunt maar geen absolute noodzaak
Enkele jaren ervaring als field service engineer is zeker een meerwaarde, bij voorkeur op de baan
Je spreekt beide landstalen, en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Engels.
Je bent computervaardig en werkt vlot met MS Office
Contract onbepaalde duur
Een bedrijfswagen, smartphone en laptop worden ter beschikking gesteld.
