The candidate has the required skills and experience to support the planning, architecture elaboration, analysis, and design, as well as implementing, the required features, functionality and integrations revolving around the CMDB. As a CMDB architect, the candidate will cooperate with various IT departments to help operating, and administering the CMDB, as well as and producing related ;Overall Job Description: The CMDB Architect will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise CMDB, with a primary focus on BMC CMDB and relevant skills on ServiceNow CMDB paving the way to possible migration in the near future. The candidate will be responsible for integrating the CMDB with ITSM (IT Service Management), ServiceNow, while also ensuring seamless interoperability and integration with other components ( DevOps tooling). Knowledge of underlying technologies is required such as Oracle databases, Red Hat Linux, load balancers, reverse proxies, and ;The candidate will be involved in the detailed planning with the scrum master, diligence and analysis of the existing environment, input within the high level and detailed design/architecture and creation of use-cases/test-cases, build-out and testing of the new environment, and finally, taking the new system into production Professional Skills:

• Excellent BMC CMDB hands-on implementation knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of Atrium CMDB is required
• ITSM and ITIL v3 framework and solutions for Enterprise Service Management is a critical ;
• Excellent understanding of Service Management solution design best practices
• Expert knowledge of BMC Atrium CMDB and AR System / Spoon ETL
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB is a critical ;
• DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Ansible, Git is a significant ;
• Operating systems knowledge such as Linux and Windows
• Knowledge of shell (such as ksh, bash, PowerShell) and interpreted programming languages such as Python
• Essential knowledge ServiceNow ITSM is ;
• English fluently spoken and ;
• EU citizenship
• Ability to supervise and work simultaneously on different activities with a variety of projects and short ;
• Good analytical skills as well as time management skills, interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills).

Profile: Activities:

• Design and implement CMDB solutions using BMC CMDB provided functionality and ;
• Explore possible approaches for a smooth migration to ServiceNow ;
• Manage integration between CMDB and ITSM solution in place, ServiceNow ITSM, as well as further automating the integration with the DevOps ;
• Manage upgrades, patches, and updates for CMDB systems, ensuring minimal disruption to ;
• Address security vulnerabilities and implement best practices for securing CMDB ;
• Manage multiple environments and cluster deployments effectively, ensuring high availability and ;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for CMDB-related ;
• Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and operational ;
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to CMDB, ITSM, and DevOps ;
• Identify, analyze, design, implement, and test enhancements or bug fixes to the current systems management infrastructure to meet changing requirements and increase ;
• Provide administrative support for configuration and proper operation of CMDB tools used by operational ;
• Create documentation and formalize procedures pertaining to the operation of the CMDB ;
• Consult with and provide recommendations to other Operational teams
• Respond to technical Level 3 support tickets for CMDB features and configuration
• Help service owners translate business needs into CMDB requirements
