Met een team van 50 leuke collega's (in accountancy, tax en audit) werk je in een omgeving die tussen BIG 4 en BIG 10 balanceert: inhoudelijke uitdaging en sterke klantendossiers zowel nationaal als internationaal . Als Senior accountant neem je ownership over dossiers en klantenbegeleiding . Je werkt samen met fiscalisten, VAT-specialisten en internationale accountantsprofielen. Afhankelijk van je skills en interesse kan je evolueren binnen nationale dossiers of international assignments. Zelfstandig beheren van klantendossiers inclusief planning, opvolging en compliance Voorbereiden en controleren van btw-aangiftes, jaarrekeningen en overige wettelijke rapporteringen Uitwerken en analyseren van fiscale en sociale berekeningen met correcte toepassing van de wetgeving Interpreteer en analyseer financiële data om accurate rapportering en beslissingsinzicht te bieden Adviseren van klanten met concrete optimalisaties, verbeterpunten en duidelijke onderbouwde aanbevelingen Actieve begeleiding, coaching en kennisdeling richting junior en medior collega's Bachelor Accountancy - Fiscaliteit Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een boekhoudkantoor Je bent vlot in NL/FR of FR/ENG Je bent zelfstandig, analytisch en kwaliteitsgedreven Je zoekt inhoudelijke groei en brede exposure Competitief jaarsalaris tot €87.000, afhankelijk van expertise en trackrecord Uitgebreid voordelenpakket vergelijkbaar met BIG 4 (hospitalisatie & groepsverzekering, maaltijdcheques van €8) Bedrijfswagen (elektrisch vanaf 2026) inclusief laadpas 13e maand + vakantiegeld + jaarlijkse bonus gekoppeld aan bedrijfsresultaten Een uitgebreid cafetariaplan met verschillende voordelen Hybride werkmodel: tot 2 dagen thuiswerk per week na 6 maanden Flexibele uren, met ruimte voor autonomie en persoonlijke efficiëntie Toegang tot complexe nationale én internationale dossiers Snelle inhoudelijke groei binnen accounting, tax of VAT - jouw voorkeur bepaalt de richting Werken met digitale tools en moderne processen Gerichte coaching en begeleiding door experten, directors en partners Persoonlijke ontwikkelroute: geen standaard pad, maar advancement op basis van skills, ambitie en output Compliance, Jaarrekening, Planning, Belastingadvies, Nederlands, Frans, Consulting, Coaching, Boekhouding
