Procesanalyse Identificeer verbeterkansen in processen en ondersteunende tools. Ontwikkeling van verbeterstrategieën Ontwikkel verbeterplannen en implementeer best practices voor zowel processen als tools. Projectmanagement Leid projecten gericht op procesoptimalisatie en organisatieverandering. Ondersteun de strategische planning en stel operationele doelstellingen. Stakeholdermanagement Werk samen met diverse afdelingen, stakeholders en management om best practices te implementeren en een cultuur van continue verbetering te bevorderen. Training en ondersteuning Organiseer trainingen en webinars om de kennis en vaardigheden van medewerkers op het gebied van procesmanagement te vergroten. People Management Leid een multidisciplinair team dat zich richt op procesverbetering, evenals een softwareteam dat werkt aan een ATS-applicatie. Monitoring en evaluatie Volg en evalueer de effectiviteit van implementaties en verbeteringen. Rapportering Rapporteer voortgang, resultaten en aanbevelingen aan het management. En reken maar dat ook wij de funfactor niet uit het oog verliezen Profile Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in business process management, procesoptimalisatie, projectmanagement of kwaliteitsmanagement. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen. Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden om teams te motiveren en te leiden. Ontwikkelen van duidelijke visie voor IT-services en transformatie van bedrijfsprocessen. Proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding. Initiatiefnemer met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, zelfstandigheid en besluitvaardigheid. In staat zijn om de behoeften van verschillende stakeholders te harmoniseren. Volgens jouw mindset zijn levenslang leren en de bereidheid tot zelfreflectie een natuurlijk onderdeel van de leiderschapsrol. Goede kennis van zowel traditionele als agile projectmanagementmethoden. Nederlandstalig met goede kennis Frans of Franstalig met goede kennis Nederlands. Vaste werkplek Antwerpen, maar bereid om je over heel België te verplaatsen.
